1/35 diorama "Revenge"

Posted by gerry7944 on 07 Feb 2017, 14:51

This is a 1/35 diorama using Tamiya figures and an Italeri plastic building.

The figures are painted using Vallejo model paints and the base is scratch built with various items from my spares box.The rubble is my own mix from my rubble box.

Cheers

Gerry

Thanks for looking and taking the time to comment.

Much appreciated.

You get a nice selection from Verlinden and I also purchased quite a few from Ebay.

Very nice indeed Gerry. The attention to detail is superb as always. Personally I think the cotton wool is overdone. My wife, Der Feldmarschall recommends a hair dryer to warm it up and then it thins very nicely.

Ps. She is very good at making trees too.

Best wishes,

Chris

The reason the cotton wool is too thick is to cover the supporting piece of styrene so it can't be seen.

Tried several ways to do this and this was the only way that it looked any way right.
