1/35 scale amphibious landing diorama

Thought i could share this, a diorama i made a few years ago for the Philippine Marine Corps Museum depicting the first amphib usage of their then new LVTP-5's in 1975 during the height of the southern Philippine secessionist rebellion; this were based on pictures and interviews of the actual participants; the landing site was Taglibi beach, Patikul, Jolo, Sulu, Philippines...

Hi guys! Thanks for liking! Peter this is one of 2 amphibious dioramas i made for the Philippine Marine Corps Museum when I was still on active service; i used resin for the water, sand from the beach from our training camp covering the plaster of paris for the main foundation of the beach head; figures were a mixed bag but the LVTP5s were AFV club kits; ill post the other dio soon thanks again!
