A bit of a change from Napoleonics.

I hope this dio is appropriate for this site as there is armour vehicles included?

I apologise for the number of photographs as I got carried away.

Cheers

Gerry

Wonderfull diorama Gerry! And there is a lot to see, so I don't mind a lot of pictures! The sepia pictures are a nice extra!

Maybe some information about the vehicles and figures?

Thanks for that.

The vehicles. and gun are Tamiya models.

The figures are a mix of Tamiya and Masterbox.

The equipment is just odds and sods from the spares box.

It is indeed a lot o' photo's, but there is so much to see that it is well worth the time. The only minor thing, but that can be me, is that the trousers are a bit too clean, so some pigment to represent dust would have improved it even more.

Very nice build. Lot to see. :yeah:
As the sweat back seen on the clothes of the soldiers.
The aircon in the very expensive Hanomag and Horch seems to be only available on top of the vehicle.
Poor wounded man. But can`t be so hard damaged because he is still smoking. And the cigar box in green is seen in his shirt pocket. And blood on his cap. Or do I see the inside of the cap?
As all the footprints. And all the impacts from passing rounds in the sign post.
My man is the one with the - Rolling Stone(s).
Who build, An other brick in the wall. To protect the Russian (on holliday?) gun in Africa 8) .

To your sign post with German words:
unter: OK.
neuer: There is the second e missing (Important because you speak it).
Leitung: Ok.

5th: 5. (nd, rd, th: No go in German. Maybe 5te but better use only a dot.)
leichten: Cut the last n. But sound not wrong with it.
Div: OK

On the other hand be mild with my English. :-D

Thanks for looking and taking the time to comment.

Much appreciated.

The trousers did get a very light dusting of pigment but it is probably too subtle to see properly (or just my crap photography?)

Your English is a lot better than my German as illustrated on the sign post.

In my opinion a really nice, super detailed study of the famous Korps.

The painting and the little bits are fantastic but how come no one seems to have a watch or regulation sunglasses?

Not a criticism, just an observation.

Best wishes,

Chris
