1:100 scale / P1000 Ratte / Landkreuzer "Wallenstein"

Posted by T. Dürrschmidt on 02 Mar 2015, 02:35

If you keep in mind, that this thing was planned for real....."Größenwahn" at it´s best.

Even as small scale model this tank is really massive.

Model: Forged in Battle Miniatures
Scale: 1/100
Material: Resin, Pewter with some additional details
figs: Forged in Battle / Battlefront Miniatures

The Wallenstein-Decals were self made with a photo-transfer-kit.

Great job. Now I am going to have to go and research and read about this theoretical monstrosity.

Thank you for the comments, lads! I will try to integrate this Monster into a bigger diorama. Along with a shot down plane or something.

Wow! What a Leviathan of a tank. Terrific job building, painting, and weathering it. The accompanying troops and vehicles are awesome too. Really shows the scale of the Beast when side by side....GARGANTUAN!!!!
Keep having fun.
Bill.

Now I have completed a Diorama, showing all the vehicles and figures together.
