I have, but I don't get it  Just kidding :-D Someone is a bit movie-inspired, maybe the aliens' parent(s). :-D I think your Funnel Beam is your best invention in this story. I had a great laugh when I saw it and it made my week (at least)! :-D

Hi there,Susofrick. The funel was the great idea, that Mrs B had, and it gave me oppertunity whereby the reader could see my little models inside. If you enjoyed solving the names, why not take a look back in the story to find out just what the Dalek`s are really talking about when they are referring to humans.

Hmm, saw a hare this morning during the dog-walk, but none of these strange creatures from the story (I'm too much up North in Sweden to see them, theyare pretty common further south). :-D

Hi guys thank you all for your support and kind word`s. This was my first big budget Tall Tale, but in order to save on the cost I did make the Daleks invisable, however it didn`t work, and I had to paint these Alien Pepper Pot`s up anyway. My next, but present running production The Return of the Daleks, has nearly bankrupted Beano Boy Studio`s...............................and I can already here the County Court sheriff`s`s banging on the door.

it was upon a rather wet bleak ,and surpisingly cold November day,14th 2013 ,that saw me pen and present the first Dalek story ,and place this unique oddity on the Forum. So I thought now to just return to it briefly, and add the first link to something strange that would happen when I began to write, and expand the metaphor of one certain individual. Although unpainted ,and in essence just an outline at the time, the first idea of him came to mind.So he would and did become part of future writings.

Now on December 26th Boxing Day 2014 it begins !

One of the Daleks somehow survived the blast of that over-white explosion.
Yes,but which one ? Well a the clue is he seemed to be the odd one out. So he should be easy to spot in the picture, and in the short story too.
So although disabled what or who did he become? The answer to both questions is in the beginning of Part One just for Fun! This May ring a Bell for some. BB

After many years. Nearly five!
i finally added this my old classic sci- fi and fantasy story on my blog.
I thought to re-shoot the whole thing again, but then felt it should be left as it was posted,
but with added special effects! KAPOW!!!!!!

:coffee: i even got confused re-reading it again.
It is a long winding pathway most certainly if the comments are read too.
There are other story`s if one likes to suffer the ultimate tongue in cheek confusion here upon the Forum?
The off-spin of this first story was my creation of Fred & MayBell ,and indeed their daft adventures are plastered all over the internet. All in all,i love those two special characters.

One thing is for certain Harry Faversham,
you`ll not receive a white feather from little o`ll me.
:coffee: Thanks for taking time out to suffer my wit. BB

There are times when Fred, assisted by his best pal MayBell, just have to help out.

The Corrugated Metal Looking Fence of five years ago.

:coffee: i had made several fences without any bother ,but after making this one i left my table to make tea.

Image

We must seize the chance to help BB, MayBell.

Image

i`m not to sure about this Fred.

Image

Don`t worry so MayBell, i`ve seen BB, a doing this many times before.

Image

MayBell ever helpfull steadied the thing while Fred, lumped the black stuff on.
We are doing great MayBell, he chirped out.

Image

Fred, used the wrong paint and the fence became soggy wet and wonderfully unfolding.

You used the wrong paint,i said to him.
Opp`s! He said. ___________ MayBell, was not impressed.
Water based Emulsion paint is not good for use, it should have been Semi Matt Paint.
i guess we all learn by making mistakes? BB

:sst: ps,it was bb,that did it really.
