Orion 2020 - 2021 news & releases

I truly loved those ESCI Vietnam Conflict sets when they were first produced, although, looking back, they were far more Hollywood than historical.

These Orion sets look like they would mix with the old ESCI sets well, if not put them to shame. Very tempting.

Good morning everyone,
I just had my Vitecong and Noth Vietnam boxes and they are really good IMO. They match really well the Esci/italeri ones.

Sorry for the picture but I wanted to share quickly with those waiting for this kind of information.

Get them quickly.

If the future marines are that good, well this conflict will finally be well represented.
Kind regards

From the film I have seen, the typical NVA soldier (and VC fighter) are short and slender. These figures like a bit roided up to my eyes.

But that may be true, somewhat, of the original ESCI guys as well.

I'm waiting for pictures of the injection molding from the German tank crew in 1939.
Has anyone seen any?

The Panzer Crews for the early war look good. But why are the weapons overscaled? That pistol looks like a Wembley revolver....huge....and the MP38/40 looks too big as well. But the figs look really good.

I’ve just received the NVA and Vietcong and the detail is pretty good. My only criticism is that the weapons look a bit too long on some of the figures and they look better fed than there south Vietnamese counterparts.
