Strelets revealed further figures for a second set of WSS Cuirassiers.

The differences between the soldiers of various powers in the WSS are a bit subtle...

Much of the 18th century IMHO. Been thinking about using some of the WSS-range for the GNW, but felt that I can't start another era. Some can probably end up in AWI too. The trick, I think, is the tricorne.

Wow, all these cuirassiers and the new firing line - Bavarian or French, or Danish or Dutch or... are just perfect to complete the WSS range.
Now the cherry on the top would be some final additions like:
- original Hussars (not so fancy yet, but already with Hungarian or Croat traditional fashion)
- a siege set, howisters or heavy guns
- camp followers and bagage train. They are also pretty universal for this period
- a camp life set just as set n°1
If you then add some personality figuees (OK, we have already many in the cavalry sets) it would be just too much.

We can only hope that they will come out of this alright. And that their sculptor for the WSS-range survive since he joined the National Guard. Great figures!

I'm hearing all men of fighting age are being conscripted. It doesn't mean they will get involved necessarily and often common sense prevails among them in particular. They aren't looking to be heroes but just get through this with their lives and family intact. What we don't need is the rest of the world stirring the pot and preventing some kind of settlement to the conflict.

Miniart, RedBox/Orion, Strelets, UM, Roden, Masterbox, ACE, ICM, MikroMir, Armory, ClearProp, Dorawings, all Ukrainian. Probably forgot a few, but these are the most prominent ones I have models from. All make high quality kits, and make up approx. 70% of my stash. Any one of them would be a huge loss, and I can only hope that the people who make my life at least slightly bearable will make it out alive and continue to bring joy to millions of modelers worldwide.
