Thank you Paul for posting.

I am with Susofrick.
HÄT, Strelets, First to fight figures but the crowd seems to be happy with that output.

More French, probably the announced Summer Dress at Attention.
This time with double crossbelts ánd epaulettes!
I think I see long tails so likely pre-bardin and thus grenadiers or voltigeurs pre 1812?
If so the other announced Summer sets, Marching and At Ease, will also be suitable for the pre Waterloo period.
That’ll be fine with me.

I’m not the only one I know: they are not so good.
The figures for the 105mm Schneider I mean. It’s the final product, but all the sharpnessis gone. Pity!

Hmm, the figures look a bit like we've gone 50 years back in the hobby. Maybe better IRL.

Nope. Those are truly awful. The faces look like a horror show. Try harder Strelets!!

Yes, makes me sad, for most of time they do a good job nowadays. Not always the full score on historical accuracy, but the figures are much better than before.
I fear for the other French sets I want, in particular the French guard grenadiers. Want to build a battle around them. About ten sets (which is quite a lot to me).

The masters certainly seemed to have more Detail.
Effect of the light on the finished ones or the masters?

Someone will have to paint them to see for sure.

This is still a big problem with Strelets - recently they've shown some nicely proportioned, well-rounded and detailed masters. But when the final product arrives they are flat as hell as if cast in a shallow mould (to save money?) with shrivelled arms and blurry detail.

The recent Russian Civil War Red Cavalry were a huge disappointment to me having got a single sample box in the hope of buying a lot more :( No doubt Strelets will conclude the set sold poorly due to lack of interest in the subject and wide range of alternative uses/conversion potential rather than the poor quality...(same with their M029 Dismounted Mongols and the giant HaT Huns!)

Oh, the frustration!

British infantry 1899-1902.
Q: possible to use them for?
Boer wars yes, but Mahdist Revolt? Sudan? Not my expertise.

The Colonial infantry look excellent. Hopefully the final products will reflect something similar in quality to these!

WW1 French infantry, summer uniform.
With that ballet dancer. Better cut of the base and make a prone figure of it.
Quality of the final product?
Don’t know...

I’m not a supporter of putting parts of a gun in a figure. Don’t get the waving pose, a strange way to handle the gun. But more important: it seems the new Strelets batch is not as crisp as it should be. Hope I’ll be wrong!
