I thought that Confederate flags did not have tassels but may be mistaken.

Some imaginative thinking in the poses.

Are you going to do a 3inch ordnance rifle?

The parrot is superb.

Tassels are optional.

Found this when I was planning the flags for my ACW armies
During the US / Mexican war of 1846 and the US Civil War of 1861-1865, fringe was common on the regimental colors of Northern States (the flags were often made of silk), but rarely seen on flags of the Confederate States (usually cotton or wool bunting).

This one has tassels, though it might be the Parade flag rather than the battle flag (?)

The flag was based on the VMI flag which had fringes, probably not a good decision..I think VA state flags had fringes too.
