Bought some ACTA English civil war parlement infantry, and well, knowing you wanted a comparison between the ACTA and Revell figs, I took some pictures.

I really appreciate that Christian. From what I can see they look like they'll work just fine together.

I'm actually waiting on a couple of boxes of the Parlimentary Infantry to come in the mail....hopefully today.

Thanks again Christiaan.

They do work together great! The only problem is the ACTA command set which has some very chunky giants in there whom you cannot use together with the others. I specially like the Pikemen by the way

Hi Sander,

Active again on this forum? Missed you here.

Well that's always the problem with figures of different brands.
Some mix very well and others don't.
If all producers of figures would have the same standards, life would be very easy.

Hi Sander,

So you now have time to paint a lot of figures.
As Cruijff said: elk nadeel heb z'n voordeel.
in English: every disadvantage has it's advantage.
So we expect a lot of posts from you now.

Sander I'm computer illiterate and even I eventually figured it out.

Go to Photobucket (that's the one I use...it's free...there are other sites like it). Set up an account...it's easy. Then up load your pictures...when you click on upload it will open your picture files on your computer...just click on the picture you want and it uplaoads to your album. They give you a few options under the image...just copy they one that says Image Code and paste it over here...

Presto...
Image...picture.

PS Good luck with the job search.

Great tip. I'm cleaning the basement and doing A LOT of almost archeological findings. Haven't got the best camera, but they aren't the best painted figures either so maybe I'll try to post.

Hi Susofrick,

You don't have to have teh best camera, as long as it has a good macro adjustment.

Hmm,

Nice figures altough the white(ish) ones look nicer to me than the grey figures. White figures Acta and grey figures Revell ?

By the way whats with the wizard hat on the musketeer figure ?
