I have never had the honor of ordering from Hagen miniatures, but their reputation on this forum is excellent.

I have had problems with certain other resellers, but I just quietly stop buying from them without calling them out. I don't want to put anyone out of business, since Amazon is already trying to do that on their own.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, long over (3 years ago) & we haven't gamed the SYW since but I hope to revive the period next year.

In my experience, Hagen has been an exemplary source of figures. I certainly only have praise for their efficiency, honesty and quality of the figures I've bought.

German Post tracking said all of them delivered correctly !
