Tumbling Dice City Militia Spearmen

Posted by FallGuy on 23 May 2017, 15:57

Hello. I've been a long time lurker on the forum and thought it was time to contribute. I recently ordered some medieval figures from Tumbling Dice. Hopefully, you can find this useful when considering ordering from them.

Here are some comparisons with other figures.

I think that they go well with all three manufacturers. If interested, I can post the peasant and Robin Hood packs. Thanks for reading.

They certainly look good. Very nice to see the other figures to. Vintage plastic figures still to be found upon the shelf for sale, and which do have real value for the painter or indeed the collector. Yes I would like to see those extra packs of figures. Thank you for asking that question FallGuy. Bring e`m on. Please. BB

Well I found the Tumbling Dice Shop on Line, but not many photo`s to view. Just lots of blank for sale items. Sorry, I do not buy what I cannot see at £4.80 a figure. BB

Welcome and very nice to see these photos! The painted ones look very good and the unpainted seems to have pretty small bases.

I do think that Tumbling Dice should post some pictures of their figures as it definitely kept me from ordering from them in the past. I post some more pictures soon of the other figures so others can make a decision without having to buy blindly.
Thank you for all the kind words about my half painted figures....they are far from done!
As for the bases, they are all on the same coins so they are the same size. It must be a trick of the camera and the basing material that makes some look bigger than the others.
Again, thank you for the kind words.

That's a good find! Here are some figures that aren't on the site.

And the weapons....

Some of the figures are similar with slight variations such as hoods, pouches, or head swaps. They go well with the City Militia.
