Zvezda napoleonic uhlans

Hello.
So I'm painting polish uhlans from Zvezda and i dont know how to mount them on soldiers ?
So i need some help or advices to mount them.

But why you want mount one soldier on another soldier?

Cut the pegs off the riders' legs and then test-fit each on the horses. One probably won't be able to see the corresponding holes once the rider is attached, but they can also be filled with glue or putty.

You can also put the cut away pegs in the holes with some white glue. ;-)

Clip off pegs at legs of soldier and find the way that place on horse where you put glue and rider has no primer and no paint while the rest is painted since if you prime and paint place where you put glue the soldier will not be glued for figure of the horse but for coat of primer that might result in figure getting off the horse and peal big part of primer and paint making a problem...It can happen some times if figure fall of the table or from hands by accident...

i cut those silly work spoiling pegs off.
Then i used the hot pin method to fix them to their mounts this means one can remove them easily if repainting is required at a later time.

Only if you don't drop the peg into your lap while trying to fit it into the hole :mrgreen:
