Prussian SYW artillery: stopgaps

Posted by Ochoin on 02 Aug 2015, 03:18

I'm rather keen on building at least a rudimentary Prussian SYW army to face my large-ish French SYW force.

HaT, of course, have provided all the musketeers, grenadiers & fusiliers I'd ever need. I've built Frei Korps lights by adding tricornes to the Escis 1805 Prussians.

Cavalry are the Zvesda SYW Hussars & the Italeri 1805 Prussian Cuirassiers, heavily converted.

That leaves artillery.......

For guns, limber & caisson (not the Crew!), how about:

For the crew, how about:

Kronosaf *seems* to confirm these are reasonable substitutes but what do you think?

Yes, but even given the extended life expectation for males in Western society, I don't hold out much hope.
