Hello Enrico,
You've built a wonderful diorama. Everything is beautiful. The figures, the weathering, the terrain—you've brought it all together into a wonderful composition. Simply fantastic. :yeah: :yeah: :yeah:

What a spectacular way to start the year, Enrico.

I don't know what to say that I haven't already said about your other projects. It's a real feast for the eyes, moving from one point to another trying to discover the wealth of detail you include. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

The terrain and vegetation are amazing, and the figures are simply superb. I love the dynamism of the whole scene and the interaction of the figures with each other (such as the Bersagliere stabbing the Austrian) and with the different elements of the setting.

Although I have spent quite some time admiring each of the pictures, tomorrow I will do so again and I am sure I will discover new details that I didn't notice today.

My heartiest congratulations, my friend! :-D

Santi.

Thaks Jurgen, thanks Santi :-D
Surely the sculpting top level of the Massimo's figures help the work, their dynamic poses are excellent and allow to create such compositions !!

Yes, Enrico, that may help (Massimo's abilities). But someone still has to take charge of the implementation. You've found the golden mean again. It consists of a feel for the situation. There aren't too many characters in action, but no one is standing around looking stupid. You need a special knack for the situation. Respect for that, Enrico. I ask myself the same question in every scene:
How would you act in the character's place? I don't like to stand in front of a machine gun or a tank either.
I find that extremely unhealthy.
Keep it up and you'll definitely continue to enjoy your hobby.

Thanks Mabo, thanks Chris :-D
Jurghen, you are right, it's important to consider the reality when you design a diorama, even for the attitude of the people position on ground !!

A beautiful scene and superbly painted figures! I always find it fascinating when you have a relatively small diorama base and a limited number of figures, yet a lot of action happens in the scene. These pictures have a cinematic feel to them!
