Very nicely painted and weathered, Elsi. A lot of interesting nuances.
I only have the idea that the shiels is positioned a few mm too far to the front.

No, not necessarily. The Pak 40 was introduced early 1942, when the standard camouflage was still dark grey. The Dunkelgelb (dark yellow) was formally introduced in the spring of 1943.
