These are just incredible works of art you have created Andrey. I don't think I have seen any finer painting or basing of figures this scale. You are certainly among the most gifted painters anywhere. I would love to see how your figures look spread out on a gaming table - now there would be a sight to behold. Very fine work, love the 2nd Hussars leader and all the greenstuff work you did on him and his mount. The tiger shabraque knocks my eyes out. If I'm ever in your area of the planet I want to see these in person! I hope you have a fun game. Bessieres

When you open these up the skill and painting of these troops is exceptional.

Would it be possible for you to use the forum image selector rather than the thumbnail on Post image ?

With that tool your work will be easier to view and enjoy.

I am looking forward to seeing more.

Best wishes,

Chris

Bessieres, Thank you for your appreciation of my work. Yes, it would be nice for you to see all this in reality. I will definitely post a photo from the battlefield!

Small figures and small pictures. But we are rewarded when we click on them. Very good work!

Yes, these are really brilliantly done. Your cavalry figures especially are bursting with colour and pageantry - all the things that attract us to Napoleonics in the first place. I especially admire your painting of the horses - subtly and masterfully handled. I look forward to seing them on the battlefield.
So... which battle in Spain in 1809? 8)

Hi Andrey, your riders are really very impressive - a wonderful eye-candy which will been hopefully followed with more troops.

Thank you very much Bill! There will definitely be a continuation. And of course I will show you the upcoming fight in the photo. In Spain, my friend and I will have a fight at Almaraz - it's a fictional fight. The locality of this locality is taken. An Anglo-British detachment of 3 infantry and one cavalry brigade with foot artillery, against a French formation of two separate cavalry regiments and one reinforced infantry brigade of 3 line and single-legged regiments, a horse and foot battery.

Your dazzling cavalry units would be more at home in a historical museum as opposed to a gaming table. How do you protect the paint from chipping or falling off due to handling, storage, transport, and the like?

Second, what types of paints do you use, and around how long does it take you to complete each figure?

Thank you very much for your good feedback about my work! In the near future, I will try to answer your questions about the colors used, the time and the storage of miniatures.

I am not sure but maybe it is the way you post them here. It seems these are only thumbnails. It would be nice to see them in another scale.
