Wow, that's a colorful and impressive bunch of figures!
Personally, I like this style with lots of variation between individual figures better than the - let's call it "wargamer style" - of painting all figures in a unit in absolutely identical color schemes.

Really an impressive army. I like your painting, but I recommend you to use hot water to change the poses to create more diversity. It´s a proposal...
