Steppes warriors - set 2

Posted by Paul on 17 Oct 2020, 10:29

Arise, arise, Riders of Théoden!
Fell deeds awake, fire and slaughter!
spear shall be shaken, shield be splintered,
a sword-day, a red day, ere the sun rises!
Ride now, ride now! Ride to Gondor!

Fantastic painting on some very fine figures. Very inspiring!

If anyone still claims that plastic soldiers are 'toys' (do they still say this?) then they only need to look at the quality of the sculpts here and what a skilled painter can do with them.

Those look fantastic, Paul. You have done such a fine job on everything, but I particularly like the horses. The close ups look every bit as good as the more distant shots and I would agree, the sculpts are beautiful.

Very good looking army, Paul. These figs are the only ones from the LotR range, that I have bought! I love them, too.

You've done a great job with these figures. Looking back through your blog you've absolutely nailed the whole Dark Alliance range.
