These look very nice, Rich!
Trying to work out what sort of 'blue' (or 'red', or 'grey') is 'right' for this period is near impossible, since even those very few remaining items of cloth - either garments or tapestries - will have faded over the last 300+ years. And given that the dyes used at the time were rarely colourfast, certainly for the cheaper cothing worn by rank and file soldiers, then even within a unit I'd suggest there would be a fair bit of variation in shade.
This being so.....Turquin blue? Whatever shade of blue is that? What I would say is that you have found a very pleasing shade of blue which is entirely believable and which, incidentally, looks somewhat similar to the shade chosen by at least one other painter of the Greder Allemand:

All in all, a very pleasing unit to look at, and a great addition to your WoSS armies. Well done!
PS: Literally this afternoon I have just been completing my Regiment de Provence, many of the same Strelets figures and poses but obviously a different uniform! I am racing to try to complete more Dutch and French infantry (plus artillery) and will post pictures here as soon as I can.
It's been a long time......
