But again a fantastic paintjob Rich !
I must confess that i sometimes wonder with al those different units and uniforms how they kept track of their own troops and of the enamy.

I agree Zvezda sculpts are lovely, but I do actually prefer painting the Strelets figures from this range. Aside from most command figures having terrible flash, the majority of their sculpts/moulds are excellent.

Chris, thanks for drawing my attention to the battle order. I have been using his Blenheim battle orders regularly to help determine what regiments to go for next. His work on detailing each regs etc is priceless for me.

Hi.

A word to the wise.

Whilst the Obscure Battles series is wonderful I have found a few errors with regard to my Aspern project. i.e. The French carabiners were ‘present’ at Aspern but were unfortunately marooned on the wrong side of the river.

The Obscure maps show them in the line of battle.

Reference to Mr Gill’s work shows some discrepancies in the Austrian orbats.

I was disappointed that the orders of battle in the Antietam chapter are from Wikipedia .

Ezra Carmans research is spectacular.
