Thanks :-D , but it's just the most basic painting technique : base coat, wash and some layers of highlights.

Looking fantastic. I don't love the eyes but the rest is great.

In my experience, eyes are usually part of the way or all the way closed. So painting them looks better if you have a lot of eyelid covering a portion of the eyeball. And the skin of the eyeball tends to be a bit darker than the rest.

A real treat to see the oldies painted up fine and dandy.
The medieval guys wearing lots of iron and shields look rather superbly neat too. Cool BB
