Linear-A Etruscans and opponents

Posted by MABO on 17 Dec 2018, 22:32

Here you see the painted Linear-A Etruscans. I really like the set and also most of the poses. Some figs have some undetailed parts, because of the mold design. But generally speaking it was nice to paint them.

I have based them for a possible game in the future.

I also based their enemies in ancient Italy, like the Oscans or other Italic people

The outcome is a clear thing at the moment. I think the Etruscans need Cavalry :yeah:  :-D

Hope you like them!

Beautiful work. I think the Etruscans are going to win. They very warlike expressions on their faces. I think they mean business.

Great brushwork and basing on these figures, Jan. I am glad you now base your figures having in mind possible future wargames!! And nice pics as well: they are so clean and bright. Maybe I should stop using my old iPhone and use a proper camera.

Really nice figures that have been beautifully painted. It's just the sort of thing likely to tempt me into ancients -and I don't think my painting backlog needs that...

Hopefully, we'll see some more too soon! Get on with that cavalry! ;-)

Jan, you are having far too much fun without beer being consumed. Is this healthy? :P
