Lion Hunt

Posted by carlosfaro on 18 Nov 2018, 11:19

Hi,
I found some Atlantic lions from the oldy Gladiators Set..

They are beautiful and porportioned sculpts, sadly they were horrible painted by me 30 years ago,

I made a little restoration (after some zoological- images research!) and I think they look better now..

Beautifully painted. Now make some groundwork and remove that nasty pinmark on lioness ;-)

You know what? I look at these lions with envy... I bought this set at least 35 years ago, the lions were missing!!!
Nice painting and nice scene. And I agree with Kekso, the pinmark is a pain to remove.

Maybe the pinmark would be easier to fill up instead. Milliput?

Yup, by removing I mean't filling it with some putty. Sorry, I was thinking in my own language when writing that comment, not in English
