Agreed, but if I could choose only one of winged hussar's skills, I would definitely take the sculpting. This figure is incredible.

Question: Do you find it easier to paint your own sculpts, as opposed to figures from other sources?

I painted many years ago and then I dedicated myself to sculpture.
So I know how fun it can be to paint a well-carved piece.
In this case I'm interested in painting pieces of a given period ( with subjects that do not exist in the market) and to show paintings the pieces I sculpt (so also to see the details and the result)

beyond a painting and sculpture there is also a great historical research behind, not simple for the Syw Russians
