Prussian officers and high staff 1813-15

Posted by ranxerox on 23 Jul 2018, 11:52

Prussian officers and high staff 1813-15 - Painted for "Waterloo1815" brand.
Scale between 25 and 28: compatible with both 1/72 (a bit larger) and 28 mm (a little smaller and thin) scales. The horses are just 1/72 and the figures fit perfectly, even if bigger.
A pleasure to paint.

Very nice painting and if these figures are similar in size to the Italeri British and Prussian staff they might just do me.
The horses are a bit smaller but I think you have to be looking for it to notice and, with the exception of the British army I think first class horses were in short supply.

Figures are really nice, but far to big, the horses far to small. And it is not a good idea to have the same sprue with personalities, if you asked me. But generally speaking the idea of a Prussian Staff Set is good, of course.
