Dear Forum members,

My latest square is another KGL battalion and I've added a few pictures of my overall Allied infantry. Hope you like them!

WOW! At first I was just impressed looking at the first couple of pics. Very nice work. Then the last picture appeared and my eyes bugged out of my head. Extremely impressive grouping of miniatures.

Briliant. Such a massive collection of figures. I can just imagine how much time it took for you and how dedicated you were to achieve your vision. You spent probably years creating so many squares. This project demands time and determination. Bravo!!!

Hi,

thank you for the pictures.
A lot of work with the squares - the squares are looking very realistic.
Good work!

A very impressive amount of work indeed.

Lots going on and your research whilst not only a good read, is most useful for my latest project.

Best wishes,

Chris

Many thanks to everyone for your kind comments. I plan about 30 Anglo-Dutch battalions and a similar number of French. Probably about 15 Prussian battalions. I've done a few cavalry as well (see below). It's all coming along quite nicely, but should take another 30 years to finish! I've learnt a lot from various forum members over the years, but still could do better, as some of you put me in the shade.

Allow me to say this: you err. You’re way too modest.
It’s you who put everyone in the shadow!

Thes are pictures of great work that must be saved for my archives.
Many thanks for sharing.

Another wonderful square. And your squares look absolutely fabulous together although it looks like you will soon have to expand onto your nieghbours' dining room table.

The cavalry looks brilliant too. Is there anything better than Napoleonic cavalry? Yes, there is, Napoleonic cavalry done in large numbers. :-D

You are building up to something reminiscent of that other Sibourne model but in a much more satisfying scale.

This is all absolutely superb! Would be great to see the squares laid out with the French cavalry riding between them. Great stuff!
