Hello Eugenij,
thanks for this beautifull scene, so many amazing details on the diorama. I am glad to see our buildings in such a beautiful representation. ;-)

Late in on this, but yes, absolutely beautiful! And a subject dear to my heart. If you ever want to figure out why the best Medieval society managed to achieve over 1000 years was the three field system and the heavy plough, you need look no further than to the fact that the entire population, man, woman and child was inebriated for a millennia!

Paul, I made straw from plumbing flax. It's very important to make rick bit by bit. At first it shoul make several bundles and lay it like it's done in reality. Then your rick is done, it's need to comb it and remove excess. Of course, painting is necessary :-)

About thin lines and patterns... Valentina is real master ;-) :-)

Alfredo, I make this dio during 1,5 month, but I worked a lot of time almost every day... Your replies tell me that work wasn't done in vain :-)

And I read many comments about good composition, it so pleasure. I tried to make dio and paint figures maximal realistic and vitally. I think that believable and interesting composition is sculptor's merit primarily :-)

An excellent job. Full of small details, both the figures and the buildings have been worked in a wonderful way giving realism to the scene.
