Nr 5 Regiment Dragoons - Austrian

Posted by FredG on 28 Feb 2018, 20:38

Quite pleased with these.

20mm Newline Designs Austrian Dragoons painted as the 5th Regiment.

The light for the photography has bleached out the unifoms a little. There's actually no white on show.

The grass tufts I made myself so I can add as many as I like as they cost practically nothing :-D

Onwards!

Major thumbs up to you FredG!!!!!!

In the past few months you have turned out a multitude of quality miniatures. Well done! As stated above I too am a fan of the grass covered bases. Just my opinion.

Thank you gentlemen :yeah:

With the purchase of the static grass applicator and my stash of enough static grass to cover several acres, I think you'll be seeing quite a few more bases with it on.

In the warmer months I'm planning to base up the unbased cavalry and perform a bit of titivation on some of the older figures.

Making grass tufts takes no time at all with the applicator. If I only wanted to make tufts I think a flockbox is the better option. One of those is considerably more expensive though.
