Painted some medieval figures lately. Have some plans for them, but nothing certain.

Very nice. Good looking mail and a nice mix of colours. The guy with the axe at the right rear and the one cleaning his sword are formidable looking coves, and I really like the white bearded guy leaning on his axe.

It's always been a mystery to me what that Medievel surgeon is holding in his hand. Any ideas or do I not want to know.

Ah, mystery solved. I was going by the PSR review that has him on the same row as the wounded and medical figures but perhaps he belongs with the cook and cauldron two rows down.

I looked at that wicked curved knife and thought to myself,`What on earth is he cutting off? ' Then gasp! I thought `is that prisoner next for the chop?' Tears filled my eyes at such thoughts.
Much better,Yes to agree with Gunnar, that`s a lovely fish stew in the making.

I have always admired this set by strelets, and just checked it out. Do I have it in my toy figure collection?__O`,Dear me, I do not. ;-) Never mind at least I got to see part of the set painted up fine here.Well done Gunnar. BB

Medivels? Medical evils or mad evils? No medieval! Only a joke, which you shall forgive me please...

Nice group of figures which I like really. Only the one with the light blue hat seem me very mysterious.

Thought it was an Aztec priest holding the heart of a sacrificed prisoner

I would have asked where these minis came from but the link to PSR has given the answer. Gunnar, your painting is excellent!! And I am horribly envious, I never could find that set (I discovered it years after it was released, my fault).

Very nicely painted figures, how you made the base? they look very lively. For some reason, they seem all Medieval Swedish :) .

Thanks for all those nice comments! The Medevils (chosed to spell that way, some are quite evil when you try to put paint on them!). And if Strelets ever make Aztecs PhilC gave them a figure! :-)
