Didn't know the figure but I did some research and I found the information! He has some family to I have been reading! Any chance they will show up? ;-)

Chris appears in RE1, RE:Code Veronica, RE5, RE:Revelations and finally RE6 (his presence in RE7 is controversial due to complete change of his appearance and with new face he comes out only in ending cutscene, maybe we'll learn more in upcoming DLC ''Not a hero'')
From whole Redfield family we only know her sister, Claire. She was playable protagonist in RE2, RE: CV and RE: Revelations2 games. She was trained by his elder brother in combat techniques. I don't mention about rail shooters based on RE2, 3 &CV.
You know, I'm big fan of RE series, so maybe I'll make also more Biohazard characters such as Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Sherry Birkin, Jake Miller etc

He looks like David Boreanz's character from that new Navy S.E.A.L. Team show. But the zombies didn't fit. RE must be Resident Evil?

Bluefalchion - Yes, ''RE'' is short for Resident Evil (or jap. Biohazard). I didn't watch Navy SEALs, but i googled photos of David Boreanz and indeed he is a little bit similar to RE6 beefy Chris :)
