From this Set I have painted each pose one time and the I like the results. You can use these very good miniatures also for dioramas. If anyone interesting in the 30 unpainted soldiers from these set ---> PM

Looking good.
The effect with the thin grey wash is well done.
One of the Cäsars better sculpted and more figure in a box.

White is a tough color to represent correctly....you did great job of it. Figures look very realistic. Yes, they would fit into a diorama nicely.

PS: as a point of detail, Germans used colored armbands to distinguish themselves from the Russians. I've seen red used a lot.
