I saw it on Facebook yesterday. I thought it is 54mm scale. Then I saw who's author. :D

These boots are mad for walking ...

From bayonet to base.
From sheep to dog.
From background to my eye.
Everything is fine.

 :yeah:

Wow! What a great vignette! Superb painting job! (The "Croat" figures I already knew and own, but I did not know that one can make such a masterpiece from them!) Besides that, I especially like the sheep and the dog!

Who sculpted/what brand is the sheep?

My sincere admiration to Udo!

I'm rather irritated... why the sheep?
That dude isn't a shepherd. Or did early border troops bring their animals into battle?

sheep and dog made from "Pegasus, farm animals"

For Zed Udo Was inspired by this theme and creating a masterpiece, i think represent looting near farms for supplies during the war (similar to a scene of barry lindoln)

Wonderfully painted vignette. My compliments to Udo. The picture is very good as well.

I saw the sheep as being requisitioned to help feed the platoon. The sheep don't seem to be aware that they may soon become dinner for the fighting men.

I think this is brilliant, both sculpting and painting.

I am fascinated by the arm-parts of that coat: it looks like there was a third sheep once before, now turned inside out to make that very warm Grenzer coat.

This is extraordinary. The Grenzer is excellent of course, but I particularly like the sheep :)
