Here we go again:

Placerias gigas, 1/72, (by myself), a triassic Dicynodont (a cousingroup of the Mammals), comes back home and thinks it's good to touch the green, green lycopodiopsida of home...

Its a 2-parts kit (1 figure and 1 base) and the model is 5cm long.
It's believed, that Placerias had a hippo-like lifestyle, therefore I painted it like a hippo.

It is always interesting to see what nature has created during the last few million years and it is always interesting to see what you have created over the last few years. Nice work! :yeah:

The old homeground looked the same as he stepped down from the train, and there to meet him was his mama and his papa? Great looking hippo-ancestor!

Now, wait a minute .... how did he get off the train? They weren't invented yet .... He didn't know that so he didn't have any problem with that.

Hi everybody,

Last weekend I looked at my Velociraptor and thought: Thats a damn boring base!
Thats a predator and let's place it's kill under it's feet. What a luck, that I have
finished Velociraptor's prey (Protoceratops) recently.

This growing collection of creatures is really impressive! How many species have you sculpted so far?

Salute!

As I promised befor here comes the new item Stygimoloch spinifer in 1/72. Stygimoloch is probably identical with Pachycephalosaurus and Dracorex with Pachycephalosaurus as the adult stage.

As paintjob reference I have chosen the Muskox. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muskox).

The kit has 15 parts. 1 base, 1 body, 1 foot, 2 arms and a couple of spikes.

The time of the dinosaurs was really very diverse. For the rich informations alone, it's worth following your thread. The illustrations with the photos of the colorful and often smaller than expected animals is a wonderful addition to this. Really good stuff! :yeah:

Thanks. My aim is to have at least one of nearly every dinosaur-family. So there is plenty to do. Ankylosaurids and Stegosaurids for example.

Salute,

Giraffatitan needs a bit reworking, so I did some small stuff for in between.

Epidexiptery hui, the smallest known dinosaur, takes a bath in a sauropod track pond:

Salute!

As seen in the post above, here comes the next item: Microraptor gui in 1/72 inspecting a nest hole.

Because Microraptor is quite micro in this scale, it is sculpted to the tree.

The kit has 2 parts. 1 base and the tree trunk.
