Very inspiring. Excellent work.

I think these little vingettes are the way to go for me...given my usual unwillingness to paint through 50 figures at a time. Plus I've got about a thousand 1/72 figures in about 10 different periods laying around.

Me too efb! I have just come to that exact conclusion, O.K I messed up the first one but the Russian Dragoons are on their way, I can buy lots and feel justified when I have only painted three then!

That's what's so appealing about this approach. I sensed it but, you have articulated it for me. Now I can buy as many boxes, as often as I want...so long as I paint the one or two figures I usually paint.
