I had a crack at the Zvezda vikings. A great set and just a pity that they never made any Anglo-Saxons or Normans to fight!

those Zvezda figs are good ones, I agree and this guy is one of the better of the set !

Great done...As for Zvezda sets they are the best, but they often make that kind of mistake...For example, they made great set, Prussian grenadiers, but they never made Austrians and Russians of that time to fight Prussians...Also Napoleonic sets they only do Russian invasion 1812...I love that period, but I wanted more of them...
I had wrote to them once, they said they will send my suggestions to their leadership...
Now the problem is economic crisis in the world...Zvezda have problems to pay their sculptors, as do all the modeling houses like Italeri or Revel...
