Look OK to me. I think you've done well with what looks like unpromising material.

I liked it, neat painting, will base them? I especially like the white I think you worked out very well as it is a difficult color

Many small details on these figs, they look great.
Maybe a little more dirty, they work with an MG and except that as far as I remember from the western movies, there was/is a lot of dust there.... ;-)

a very nice work , but I think the background spoils the figures since the tunics and backdrop are similar shades. Just something to keep in mind when your framing a shot.

hi Peter,

I also think that these figures alone are unpromising material, and you did a good job.
Common basing will certainly improve an overall impact.
   and a 1st class medal for filling the ranks :-)

Good entry and good painting, but personal I would have placed them on a small vignette to give them just the little extra.

Thanks for the nice comments guys

Plan is to base them later with some other troops, so Cristian, untill then I will not dirt them up. It all depend in what scene they will appear ;-)

@Dani: the white is done, and this for the first time for me, with a grey wash and highlightning of the white again. ;-)

As said details can be seen on my blog (link in top post) ;-)

Hi Peter,

I voted for this set. I think your work gets cleaner and cleaner. It is simiply pleasure to look at. I like how everything is arranged. The uniforms are clean and cartiages are well done.

I agree with Zoran, these figures deserve a nice base.

Congrat my friend,

VS
