This is duel nr.86 folks!

The rules this time were:

5 figure unit, individually based and 3 photographs maximum.
The figures can be from any period/manufacturer, conversions allowed, and can be doing anything.
Just one week for painting


You have a week to choose your winner. Once again gentlemen take your places and may the best painter win.

And again a duel has come to his end, this was a close one...
Paul (Resistors) did win with 16 votes, he was up against Bani (French Guard Voltigeurs, 1859) with 15 votes.
So congratulations to the both of you, this is where dueling is for!
Been fun watching the work, and the voting results.

Congrats Paul on the win! I really like your shading and highlighting method :love: :thumbup: :thumbup: The Khandibarians now have semi automatic weapons and rpgs? ;-)

It was great fun painting and watching the votes, 5 figures in a week is the fastest I've ever painted! My voltigeurs turned out a little glossy unfortunately- the matt varnish has a satin sheen to it. Time to add more figures to the unit :-D

Congratulations on winning the duel Paul. That's what I want my Chechens to look like when I paint them.

Bani's painting is excellent, but the pictures could be improved with more light and closeups. Just a suggestion :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
