And this duel was close as well, two perfect entries as we all could see.
Lost by Mr. X but only one vote less, so well done.
And the winner is Leonid Kireev, with a black lined entry.
Congratulations on this cool duel.
Also thanks to those who did vote here!

Great job by both painters. Congrats to Leonid Kireev for his excellent entry. But I voted for Mr. X this time. I preferred his brighter photograph, horse color, and armor of the rider. Bot both entries were fantastic and well deserving of the win.

Congratulations Leonid!

The trouble with different styles in duels is I usually like both for different reasons. Couldn't make up my mind on this one untill I finally voted for Mr. X's finely balanced shading on the last day of June. Although I must say that Leonid's black lined technique gave real energy to the figure, and I liked the colours and shield design. Both artists did a great job of making me believe the armour was real steel.

Great, close duel.

I couldn't say it better. A real trouble with different style. The day I voted I liked Leonid entry. Had I voted the day before or after, I would have changed my mind in favor of Mr. X. Thanks to both

Hello friends!
Thank you for your attention and feedback!
But, to be honest, I voted for my figure last week) I decided to check whether the duelists can vote. Therefore, there’s more a draw, and, in football terms, need to assign extra time and a penalty shootout to determine the winner)))
On my figure: I will soon post a photo from the normal camera Canon, it will be better to see there. For a duel on the phone shot)
According to the figure of Mr. X: the rider is well done, as mentioned above - the armor is very realistic, but the horse is less liked. I think it was necessary to paint with a light gray “dry brush”, and dark gray with the contours of belts, saddles, etc.

I agree with the others. A very close duel. I like the style of Leonid - I was sure from the beginning who created this entry - but the fotos are, with no doubt, less attractive. Thanks to be so honest to tell us, that the duel was decided by voting for yourself. So it is more or less a draw.

It was a very hard choice and that means it was a great and fun duel! Great work and congratulations Leonid!

I disagree. The dueler is free to vote for himself if he believes his entry is better.

This was one of the hardest duels to choose a winner.

Yes, the fight turned out to be hot!)
It seems to me that it is best to make invisible the current results of the vote, until, until you put your vote. Voted - and only after that you can see the current result. And you can not cancel the decision - put a voice - and all). This will attract even more voters, because the secret "stirs up" interest and curiosity)) I think a person of 40 or more will vote)

So mr X lost another duel, but it was close this time! Great entries of both! It was hard to make a choice!

@Leonid: we aren't able to make the voting unvisible.
