And that was the Asterix duel, won by my good friend Peter.
In the beginning it was a close call, but every time I posted a push post,
he got more votes, well done.
And the looser once again is me, I guess you could tell.
Peter wanted to duel me, and at FIGZ we let Benno's girlfriend chooce a figure.
Just to make it a fair duel, and it was fun to do this, so thank you Peter!
Also thanks to everyone who did give a vote, even if it was for the wrong figure hahaha.
A big concratulation to Peter, until another duel.

That's all folks, If you want to duel as well, there are some months left against mr. X
Or you can chalange another member with a figure.
Just mail me at bfduel@gmail.com, and I can post for you, so nobody knows who is dueling! It's up to you.

Now I can almost start at my holiday, so to get into the holiday mood, I say that's all
in the language from where I am going to: Ajeto

I really enjoyed this duel. There were well done entries submitted by both. What a difficult choice it was!

I think the fiery red hair of Peter's entry won me over.

Seems like a fun duel. No computers on the vacation so I missed this one! And it is FUN to paint those figures!

Funniest duel ever. Congrats to Peter! Both figures were well painted! I think Peter's red hair made the difference.

Thank you all for the kind words and Remco for the duel and Kristina for chosing the figure!

I think it is this figure in the album Asterix and the Brits:

I tried to paint it just like he is. In the album I looked he had orange hair and red trousers.

And Remco, why did you paint your figure in the Belgian colours? :-D

And yes this are fun figures to paint! I like to paint more of them! :P

Hey Peter, it was indeed fun, and I got more figures for you, no problem!
And the Belgium colors was just to get your vote!
But you done well on this one, I tried to do it a little bit different so people wouldn't recognise it was mine.
Thanks my friend!

Spiffing duel what?
Jolly good show from both contestants.
You may reward yourselves with a cup of hot water, with some of that Indian chap's leaves in it. :-D

Congratulations Peter, a really nice rendition of a terrific little figure.

Yes I realised I`d made the mistake Remco,Sorry!
It proves I`m not perfect after all. " A good contrived use of emotive language to get a response though."____ :sst: " no, it was a genuine mistake for bb`s topsy turvy head to make."
