Another duel against mr. X has been come to a end.
Both entries where really good, so it was a hard one.
But mr. X lost this one against mr. Andrea.
So congratulations to Andrea, but also to mr. X.
Both suberb painting work guys!

Thanks for dueling, and I would like to thank the 26 other voters for making this duel more fun!
If you would like to duel mr. X as well, take a look here

i voted for the 12th,but this was a very close call to make, because i liked both Cuirassiers so much. Finally it was down to the horse i liked best, and so my vote went to Mr X.
Congratulations Andrea, a well deserved win,Buddy! and Mr X , perhaps next time you`ll get the top vote.
I was reminded of the two figures from this set i painted last year, for FIGZ! One of them was this one. BB

Very difficult choice this time, as both entries are excellent. I voted for the second entry after much deliberation. I think the photograph of entry no. 2 highlited the details of the horse and rider just a bit better. Congrats to both competitors!

Beautiful figures! And a very hard choice! But the duels gets more fun then! It IS good to use the brain! Even if it gets me headaches! ;-)

Hello Andrea, I think you are one of the best Nappy-painters here. So it doesn't surprise me at all, that you were the one who beats Mr. X in this duel. Congrats and nice to see some work from you. I know you are very busy in Africa. I hope to hear and see more from you soon.

I like them both, so it was hard to vote, but I did! ;-)

Congrats to both of you!

And go on Mr X, you're doing fine! :occasion:

It was not easy to vote indeed; and I don't really understand why I won this round. So my big congrats to Mr. X and thanks for that touch of pink!

Congrats to the winner! And to Mr.X as well, who has painted a good cuirassier as well. :-)
For me, the higher degree of shadows/highlight of the second figure was the reason why I voted for it - although this needs a bit of abstract thinking because the effect works better on a figure not photographed in close-up. Well.
