This is duel nr.138 folks!

The rules this time were:

The duel against mister Y, who will duel every month..
- no base
- same set
- montly duel mister Y
- 1 picture
- Napoleonic


You have a week to choose your winner. Once again gentlemen take your places and may the best painter win.

When I saw these figures I would personal give it a name like "so duel accepted" or something simulair :mrgreen:
But seriously, again a nice duel with a fantastic figure.
The winner of this one is Jan (Mabo) who took the callenge against mr. Y fot August.
A job well done Jan, and congratulations on this one.
But also mr. Y, a job well done, it was a hard choice.

Congratz to both... that was really hard choice and I voted for (IMHO) better painted wooden parts since I couldn't decide which figure is better. :D

Congrats to Mr.Y who did the better job on the wood, this goes without saying. It was a good opportunity to paint Berthier. And a very nice final to the BFFFWP.

I have painted him in our vacacions in Normandy and there I have made that picture as a little gadget:

I did not get the point I am sorry, Paul :oops: I see it in both pictures. (I had to look in the dic btw. Now I know what an ink well is :read: :winky: )

I think he is using one of the first ball pens, but it was a secret weapon at the time. Always fun with those duels and usually a very hard choice! Great work both of you!
