And the Afrika Korps duel is done...
The winner is Kurt (Vellek) with his entry "grenate thrower"
It was a hard fight against Dalibor (Kekso)
Thank you both for dueling, it was fun!
A big hurray for Kurt, but also for Dalibor. Well done guys!
Thanks for the guys who did vote, and shame on you if you didn't!

Very nice entries guys. And also very nice to have another duel beside the classic duels with Mr.X and Y.

Both figures were quite well done. My examples of that set had quite a problem with flash and mold marks, and I think entry no. 2 did a slightly better job dealing with those. I liked the colors of no. 2 a bit better, too, although the olive green of no. 1 is certainly valid, especially for early in the campaign.

Cheers Dali on a nice piece of painting from a classic set of figures. It took me three different 'photo-shoots' to get the lighting right! Thanks for the duel invite too; you can be Mister A and I'll be Mister B.

Indeed. But I saw a nicer and cleaner touch behind your lower quality photo. Great duel anyway, and congrats to the winner.
