The rules this time were:


- a Napoleonic wargames command
- base with 4-5 figures only
- 3 pictures


You have a week to choose your winner. Once again gentlemen take your places and may the best painter win.

This was my first duel, so I'm happy to have managed to score half the votes of the winner. I'm just glad that Deon didn't completely wipe the floor with me! :lol:

Even though Remco gave good advice about the lighting, I still feel I didn't quite get that right, but all credit to Deon with his excellent entry.

Thanks for the votes guys and thanks to my gallant opponent- I really liked the lacework on yours, and Marengo (?) is just the right colour :).
BTW I got the title of mine wrong - I forgoit to change it from the last duel! They are of course the grand grenouille himself from strelets and some italeri staff.

a very interesting duel which I must have missed by a few hours :( as I went to vote seeing it ended on the day I was looking but it was over ah well nice entree's and I hope they wistand the scrutiny of the nappie accuracy enforcers ;-)
