It looks like it the rifle is held in place in the front of the leg by another strap. And that may allow the man to grasp it, aim it and shoot from that position, perhaps?

Cool figs.

The weapons are in front. Between the leg and the saddle. Or on the outside from the leg.

Thank you guys, these were from a loose sprue. i have since found the instructions on the Perry box art showing where they dangle. Darn awkward to fix these weapons on though. However these four are only a sample run,to try and see how it`s done. BB

Building work is ongoing on our little white house. Well this is the third week now and work has begun upon the roof too. The scaffolding went up today all around the house for Asbestos Removal from the roof. A great time of extra rain for doing it of course. The wet will be of help i guess?
i do believe they`ll be wearing space suits! :coffee: It is costing someone lots of money.

Meanwhile i have been gluing stuff together,as i cannot finish my trees while living on a building site.

By the way the muskets are fixed to the belt at the back of each rider and hangs down behind the leg. Of course this avoided the Horse from getting bashed about the neck and face when trotting! BB
