Remco,You certainly are a super cool collector of both Asterix and friends and foe alike,and you paint them in the style you desire them to remain in. That's an impressive collection, dedication and love. I still have the chess warriors from Dunkin and I'll paint them someday and display them on a suitable chessboard.

I’m also really grateful to you for sharing this website, Remco. I’ve read it all and feel really related to a lot of what you’ve said (and not just because we were born in the same year, hehe). I think Asterix and Obelix have been a benchmark for the history of Rome for people across many generations.

Later on, when we’ve finally sorted out our housing situation, I promise to dig out my old Dunkin's Asterix figures and paint a special one in tribute to your dedication to them.
