Hobby at work

Posted by Susofrick on 22 Sep 2015, 08:19

Some of my collegues have started knitting at coffeebreak, and it's nothing wrong with that. But bringing something for my hobby would probably not work that well. So I let them knit and I drink coffee. How is at your work? Can you bring a hobby?

Well I don't have that problem, since I am unemployed for now...The treatment for Hodgkin lasted a year, and I graduated in 2012, since I will be 26 yo in November this year...But I had other things doing during breaks in high school and technological school...For example I like it to draw a lot since it is a great stress releaf...That was my hobby back than, so I would draw comics and portraits, usually person that I drew was not aware of that...Anyway I think hobby can pass in break if you do that so that nobody notices or you don't leave any trail...What they don't know it doesn't hurt them if it still doesn't affect the job...

If I know it's going to be a late night at the office I'll bring in a zip-loc bag of figs, a razor, and some glue for conversions. The lighting at my desk is almost as good as my hobby table.

I used to paint in my car at lunch break. I got quite a few figures done that way.
