Elephants and sarissas

What wonderful stuff, Enrico,
you kind of oblige everybody who wants to present this phalanx to perform the same conversions of the lances. It is so much more cool and the original bent joysticks will not be taken for serious any longer. I expect a fantastic diorama.
Greetings
Michael

Thanks Michael :-D
Thinking about it, being a figures producer I would not at all spend efforts and money to produce such horrible sarissas, i would just make the soldiers with empty hands and put in the box the broom bristles ;-)

I totally agree, Enrico. Although I've only recently started working with broom bristles, I've discovered that they're a fantastic material with multiple applications whenever you need a narrow, long, and sturdy pole/shaft/handle or something similar.

Forever and ever, Enrico.

The individual figures are superb, but all grouped together to form the phalanx offer a sight that is both spectacular (for everyone in general) and terrifying (for their enemies in particular). :notworthy:  :notworthy:  :notworthy:
