Rusia 1941,1/72 scale.

Posted by santifernandez on 17 Sep 2023, 19:04

Hello fellow modellers, I have started a job with great enthusiasm on a scale that I have always liked but I haven't worked in a while.
It all started when on a visit to a collector's market I found a Dragon Models model at a very good price and that was the perfect excuse to take it home... I had been wanting to do something at 1/72 for a long time because that was my beginning in modeling so a small scene developed in Russia during the summer/autumn campaign of 1941.
At the moment I have the sketch of the scene and the assembly and base color of the Pz IV D.

I am excited because this will be the first of several jobs that I have in mind.
Santi.

I liked your other work in the larger scales as well.
But it is always a pleasure when someone does
something in "our" scale.
I will follow it up. ;-)

That tank and scenery ready for the paintjob are a promising start to what I have no doubt will be a fantastic diorama when finished. Lots of encouragement and let's go for it, tocayo. ;-)
