Very nice Susofrick. You've made a great job on some ugly sculpts!

Now I have at last finished my hussars. It will take a while now until I return to my Prussians. Got some other stuff to do first. :-D

Haven't decided if I should paint that flag as a French flag.

And the officer:

I painted them as if they have their pelisse on them.

Nice work on these Prussians. The one with the pipe is my favorite! :-D

Thanks! Managed to get some books on the Prussian army from this time. And is quite inspired to buy more figures. But somehow I think I'll better paint what I have and finish some projects first. :-D

Yep ….. I also like these Prussian cavalry a lot. Cool figures indeed but am a bit worried about what the officer is smoking because quite a few of these horses look a bit wobbly on their feet.

Ps/ but on a more serious note I am absolutely certain that if you carefully cleaned away the mold lines with a sharp knife before your painting, the cleaner figure would inspire you even more with your paintwork.

Finished some more infantry for the 2nd Corps, the 26th Line. Unfortunately I have checked what they did and it seems the 2nd Corps didn't do much. So eventually I'll probably switch to the 3rd Corps.

And I HAVE painted the bases! Now! :-D

Seems that Prussians are a very popular subject lately...
True that they look "modern" for a Napoleonic era subject.
All the best!

Nice Infantry, Gunnar. So funny we have similar projects on our tables. I have three line infantry regiments to paint. Let's see when I manage to start them. Your progress is a good motivation.

Huge thanks! These took a little too long to paint. Hopefully the next batches will go smoother.

Finally finished my second batch of standing Prussians. Felt like they took forever, but it was just seven months, which feels okay.

Just a little quickie with a pile of nazgul behind them.

Huge thanks for the very nice comments!

Realised some time ago that I'm painting the 2nd Corps. And I repainted my hussars as the 11th regiment. Would probably been better if I had started from scratch, but anyhow, here they are. Pics from early morning to save you from all the mistakes and shortcuts
